I previously went to an optician at the corner...where they wanted 55 pounds (!) for a screw plus they needed my glasses for hours. How pathetic. Boots was so kind, and did it for free and in 5 minutes.”

“We use this Boots mainley for the disensary staff are polite and helpful they usually have all of our medication if not will get it within a couple of days, The only problem is i wish they would answer the telephone i have now been on the line for 30 minutes trying to get an answer.”
