13 years down the drain with this phone company. Poor customer service and finally today experienced even further rudeness from a Santosh on online chat had very little patience for my time today.

Jamal was really helpful and friendly and made the upgrade process smooth and painless! Was really impressed with how quickly it was done and there was no pressure to go for a better deal or better phone, though he did offer and showed us what deals were available should we choose. Really pleasant experience.

5 Stars for the very helpful staff “Rahul”. He was very patient and helped us get everything we wanted.-1 star for the other staff. (We went back to speak about something else and they could not bother to even talk and asked to call customer service straight away.
