“Service here is good, I always get confused with how "the works" stores are laid out though. I doubt it's organised by the staff because they're all like it!”

“The works in general are a great place for books, stationery, and arts and crafts. I am an artist, hence I frequently shop here to stock up on the absolute essentials: fine liner pack, manga twin pack, and their canvases. I also buy stationery essentials like binder clips, sharpeners and more. My favourites are their variety of small canvases, particularly their 6x6 “ canvases and their 5x7 “ canvas boards; great to practice on. However, a year and a half ago, they changed their branding, resulting in a decrease in the quality of their art supplies and even some of their stationery, particularly their white paint, which is very glossy and translucent. But overall, their supplies are cheap yet effective.”

“Very busy, only came to get a couple of bits. The queue was very long as expected at this time of the year. Well done to the staff who kept the queues moving very quickly by making sure the self help tills kept working and for putting on more staff on the other tills.”

“Went to Bromley branch cashier bagged all my goods but left my eye mist in the basket yet I was charged. Tried to call it goes to there Downham branch no one could help. Tried to look for email address cannot find. Not happy ?Personal went into the shop they gave me the eye drops....Happy now”
