“Super friendly staff.... just like everyone else,I was on the hunt for the hand gel..The shop floor assistant escorted me to the floor manager.a big black gentleman, whose smile lightens up the place, whilst stipulating that they had just took stock of a delivery of some . this morning but they flew of the shelf?..so I improvised and found something else (baby wipes....better than nothing)Moving onto the cashier was another pleasant assistant(Angie),who joked about how things are,and to be carefull not to tell everyone you've biscuits LOL........ I'll be back...thank. “I like the local Poundland a lot. I like it's fairly random mix of items in there and often enjoy a stroll around. The other day I brought a couple of stocking filler type pullovers in there. At the till I was served by an absolutely lovely lady named Mariola. I declined a carrier bag as I had a rucksack with me. Mariola then began to fold the pullovers up. I told her not to bother as they were just going to be stuck in a rucksack. Mariola answered me with a beautiful smile and told me she was going to fold them so they remained in good condition. Just a little thing, but it does seem that excellent cheerful customer service is becoming increasingly rare. Give Mariola a pay rise! I don't know what you pay her, but it isn't enough.”
