It's a Costa so you know what you're getting. Service was good and the seating was comfortable, not too much ambient noise either.
One thing to remember is to pay for parking before going in. I missed the signs and am expecting a parking ticket.

I asked for extra hot chocolate but it wasn?t hot enough. On top of that I asked for second cup and lady refused saying it cost them too much money.
Paying £4 for coffee which has high margin it?s just ridiculous.

The lady who works there most of the time misses the coffee size . If I mentioned again , I would end up having less quality drink. She gets annoyed and fills my cup with leftover coffee she made. I like the atmosphere but not the customer service.

Awful service. Fetch your bread cut your own sausages and pointed me in the direction of the bin! The gentleman was friendly the lady was lazy and unhelpful. The food was dried out and lukewarm! I?ve never been to a worse Costa

Exceptional Service and Delicious Coffee at Costa Coffee
I just had the pleasure of visiting Costa Coffee and I must say, it was an experience to remember. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly hellos from Cinem and Sylwia, who I can confidently say are the best baristas in town. Their attention to detail and dedication to their craft truly shines through in every cup of coffee they make.
Not only are Cinem and Sylwia incredibly talented at brewing the perfect cup of coffee, but they also excel in providing exceptional customer service. Their welcoming demeanor and genuine care for each client create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back time and time again.
In addition to their impeccable service, I was also impressed by the cleanliness and efficiency of the Costa Coffee location. The team works seamlessly together to ensure a fast and pleasant experience for every customer, making each visit a delight.
Overall, I cannot recommend Costa Coffee enough, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Cinem and Sylwia. Their passion for coffee, attention to detail, and friendly nature make them a standout duo in the world of coffee.
