Had to wait for staff to finish their conversation before being served. Ordered a drink and cake to take away. After ordering the cake, I noticed flies sitting on one of the slices. Great coffee, pleasure to be there, very friendly staff, I feel like they want me to be there. Lovely location of shop. Bit untidy toilet sometimes. Very caring customer service by Sylvia this morning. Thank you, Costa.
