“Not sure about the negative reviews here. Sure, as a Mom 'n' Pop type place this branch is not ‘polished’. But in several years of frequent use, I’ve always found it to be more than adequate. The service has always been friendly and efficient. (I've even seen customers thanking the gentleman behind the counter for the kind treatment of an elderly relative over the years.)Sure, you may have to wait, but where do you not? And sometimes they close to take a break. For a small establishment, I can completely understand this, and it's easy enough to plan around it. Sometimes the gentleman behind the counter is on the phone, but it's no biggie. 'Impeccable', on tap customer service is normally a sign of faceless management power, and I'm not about that.”
