I placed my order online; I got a message telling me that it was ready to collect; I collected it without waiting. Service as expected.

Typical awful diversity hire service. Awful rap playing out the stereo too loud. Huge queue of customers and the fella barely moving at a snails pace before dumping my good for collection on the desk and walking off before I could ask to purchase the thing I was holding. The second visit within two weeks - on both occasions a different shop assistant but both were EXTREMELY bothered to do their job - lack of knowledge or interest to help - turn the screen and tell you “to pick what you want.” The worst customer service I have ever experienced
