I was served by a lovely lady, Ivy! When she served me, she took my order down quickly and politely but not in a rush type of way! Would definitely recommend Shakeshack to those who want a delicious burger and chip meal! The staff are also very lovely!

The burgers are tiny, no proper meal options. We paid around £27 for two burgers, 1 fries and 1 drink. The chicken burger was tasty but small. Also, had beef burger and it is nothing special.Friendly staff during the ordering.

First time at Shake Shack, had a takeaway as it was getting late. Service was good the guy was helpful and explained the spice level and toppings of each of the items I was ordinary and mentioned alternatives too.Order arrived pretty quickly, was a bit pricy, for what it was but it's a nice treat.
