I came into Pandora feeling lost trying to find a birthday gift for my mum, who already owns so much Pandora. Nelma was amazing — she walked me through everything, gave brilliant recommendations, and made me feel confident in my choice. I left super happy with the perfect gift. Walked in the store it was 15 minutes before they closed but no one acknowledged me at all instead talking about what they were going to have for dinner. Three staff and an empty store anything I was going to buy it just put me off. A big part of shopping is the experience!
