I had fantastic service over Christmas from Sacha at Goldsmiths BrentCross - all the staff made me feel welcome, and I had a mildly intricate order, and Sacha figured out my needs, and delivered in a more than timely manner - very happy with the product and service.

Popped in today to change links on a watch I purchased from the Goldsmiths website. The associate (Ferishta?) seemed completely reluctant throughout, complaining as she went.
