Two lovely ladies were incredibly helpful in assisting me with my search for a handbag. They checked the drawers and genuinely seemed interested in helping, unlike most staff who would simply say items not on display are not in stock. I always enjoy shopping at John Lewis however today I had a very different experience. We came in specifically to look for school shoes for my daughter.
