“Shoe Zone a brilliant example of the good retailer chain in the high street. My local branch here on Bexleyheath Broadway, Kent, has served me well in the past with footwear and caters for the everyday general range of footwear products at very reasonable affordable prices ...some even a very attractive bargain! I've always walked out the shop with a good purchased pair, and I certainly will return in the future. A very clean attractive hygenic shop with well stocked and displayed shelves in a linear spacious customer area. Suitable access for the disabled to enter the shop. Yes, specialised needs and trendy brands depending on the use and pursuits from the shoes.... then one would probably venture to other specialised designers and stockists. But this particular shop in my personal view takes 'alot of beating' and caters brilliantly for the most of us in our everyday demands. I noticed in my last recent visit a very popular retail outlet for the ladies here, but they also supply for all other genders too. There is also a good range and choice ..... I purchased an attractive pair of everyday purpose walking trainers that were so comfy for my needs at such a bargain price and also with an attached little discount to match. The shop may not bear the name Jimmy Choo or Louis Vuitton, but it make up in abundance for the varied choice range at an affordable market price. But most remarkably in my view are the very kind young ladies - the manager, supervisor and assistant staff so cheerful, generous, friendly and only to pleased to help in the best business professional standard. 10/10 A1. “I had such a great experience today at bexleyheath newlook. I was trying on a coat I really liked and wasn't sure if I could get away with the length. A lovely assistant called roseanne could see I wasn't sure came over and gave her advice which was really helpful to me. I purchased the coat. Infact it was the second time roseanne has helped me I remembered her from my last visit. Just before Christmas I was in purchasing a few other items and there was a sheet mask for a child I was interested in but was worried about the ingredients and any reaction it may cause. Roseanne new all about the ingredients and showed me. We had a short chat about skin sensitivity and not only did she give me advice about the mask she advised me about own skin health condition and I took that advice and I remembered her because my skin has cleared up remarkably. I thanked her today for all her help.The customer service was excellent both times. It really makes a difference to be assisted by such a genuinely helpful and friendly person.”

“The Shoe Manager Danielle is an asset to the store. After a major problem with customer services , I was very stressed. She dealt with my problem effectively and she was polite and well mannered. If I have any further issues , I know I will be seeing her. Although after the appalling delivery service and their customer services on the phone being disgraceful , trying to take back the 15 pound gift card I was promised as a good will gesture , I will never order and maybe not even buy , anything from them again !”
