“We bought school shoes for our 4 year old son online to find that they were too tight for his feet. We went to Clark’s in bluewater to get his feet measured, without an appointment. Despite it being a busy Saturday morning, we were seen immediately by Jessica, who was very patient and friendly putting our son at ease and helping us find the correct sized shoe. After trying a few, we found some which he was happy with and we were able to return the ones we bought online. It was a very positive experience and really highlighted the value of in-person shopping vs ordering online for these sort of purchases as it means our son can start school in a few weeks with comfortable shoes!”

“Found the new store upstairs on the Guildhall part of Bluewater after being disappointed to find they had shut from their original location downstairs. The new store looks great, had a nice warm welcome from the store manager and the sales associate, both really helpful with what I was looking for showing me options to go with the colour suit I was looking to match up with. Super happy with the loafers I purchased, and the products to protect them which were recommended by the sales associate, I didn't get her name but thank you. As someone who's worked in retail I know great service when I see it.. Thank you”

“Rhiannan at New Look for girls (915) at Bluewater was amazing. My daughter and her friend had a play date which involved a spot of shopping at Bluewater.Rhiannan could not have been more amazing. She wasike a personal shopper offering wisdom and pulling requested clothing out of thin air.The whole experience was so positive treating the girls like little ladies, nothing was too much trouble. She was just perfection and also sensible in choices and a voice of reason.Loved her style, her humour and her can do attitude. “The staff let this place down they all look like they want to be elsewhere, we were looking to get my son some new astroturf trainers but gave up as pretty much every member of staff said to give them a minute then promptly disappeared. There's always a good selection of everything but that might be down to the staff not wanting to sell anything.”
