I felt like my eye tests were done really efficiently and didn’t even take as long as they had done with said other high street opticians. The people I saw were very knowledgeable and I actually felt they knew what they were doing.”

“I had the flu jab done yesterday by Farad (Ferrari) and I usually absolutely hate needles I always feel them and it always hurts. Well yesterday was the first time ever that it didn't hurt, not only that but I actually had to ask if he had finished! Honestly amazed! Will definitely get it done there next year! “I had appointment with Nishma this morning to have an Antigen test for my holiday. Service by the staff on arrival was good. Nishma was excellent, we were having wonderful chats together while waiting for results of test. My test was negative. I will gladly go back and repeat the process in the future. Highly recommended. “One of our repeat prescriptions hadn’t been sent thru, all staff were so helpful. Chases surgery and at 5.55 they sent prescription through, just at closing time. The colleagues were waiting for it and got prescription before Easter hols.. thank you to everyone at our chemist and doctors surgery for making it happen. One team. “Really nice size Boots. I'm used to little titchy ones. Well stocked, lots of brands of makeup. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Quite wide aisles, not feel hemmed in. Easy to get round in wheelchair.”
