“(Writing a review under a nickname.) I brought my elderly Motorola phone to this E2 Mobiles shop for charging point repair. The phone was 0 % battery with no cable and no adapter worked on it at all.Here, they managed to do it! It is fixed, charging again even as high as 100 % and the phone is even somehow faster! It cost £25, which is btw also a trade-in value of that phone if I decided to sell it, hahaha.I also liked fair, friendly, nondiscriminatory and transparent in everything! They also conveniently called my phone number to pick it up when it was ready.The only thing if they would rather be more realistic about when will be ready and not giving hopes of too soon, next time. However, the confusion and delay was because of weekend and spare parts delivery didn't arrive in time. So, I can understand that they were trying their best and still happy.The payment was possible only by cash, which is slightly annoying. But, there's free cash withdrawals ATM at the TSB bank just a few steps away! So, okay too.All in all, really good experience and I can recommend it! ??”
