“We stayed there several times because we were staying in the nearby apartment hotel. Small but with an excellent choice of ready-made products which are a lifesaver on holiday. Very convenient opening hours (until 11pm). Recommended if you are in the area”

“Prob best m&s food place I've been into. Such a huge selection of food. Has a hot food salad bar thing at the back of the store where you can get hot chicken/salmon/falafel and add 2 of a large variety of salad/cooked veges or chips for £9. Plus lots of vegan options and hot wraps”

“Relatively good Sainsbury’s albeit occasionally it’s lacking some basics or runs out of stock of a few things. Really only a supermarket to do a small top up shop and nothing eccentric.”
“This M&S Food is inside St Thomas' Hospital.
They offer quality food and drinks. There's a selection of ready meals, snacks and lunch on the go options.
They don't always have the full range of drinks, especially new drinks as it's quite a small supermarket that has to wait for ingredients and stock. However, have enjoyed some nice iced drinks from here.

“When we eventually found it it worked well. BUT all advertising pictures show costcutter sign so that is what we were looking for. We did have a shop number but shops don't have them on show so it took some finding!”

“Decent store, well laid out, well stocked. Having staff at checkouts is a big deal, no need to wait for someone to come over. No cages blocking the isles, staff were polite, produce looked fresh. Perhaps the best tesco metro I've been in, and certainly the management from tesco metro haggerston could learn a lot from a visit here.”

“Pretty good Co-op, good selection of food and drinks. They have self-service tills and staff working on tills. They have a cash machine, bakery, post office as well.”
“Close to student accommodation so is usually dull of uni students. Has all of the usual stuff but the checkouts sometimes break and it takes a while for staff to get on it. If they don't have what you need there's a Tesco and Lidl near by and a corner shop next door so not too much of an issue but I've never found any basic thing missing.”
