“This is my favourite branch of Itsu because of the excellent customer service I get from Larisa. I couldn’t believe that on my second visit she remembered my name and what I had bought before. I always go here directly after my gym, and despite me limping or being super tired, she always looks after me! The food is the amazing fresh selection that you expect from Itsu. “Prob best m&s food place I've been into. Such a huge selection of food. Has a hot food salad bar thing at the back of the store where you can get hot chicken/salmon/falafel and add 2 of a large variety of salad/cooked veges or chips for £9. Plus lots of vegan options and hot wraps”

They offer quality food and drinks. There's a selection of ready meals, snacks and lunch on the go options.

They don't always have the full range of drinks, especially new drinks as it's quite a small supermarket that has to wait for ingredients and stock. However, have enjoyed some nice iced drinks from here.

“Stopped by Giraffe Southbank after a walk by the river. The vibe is casual and lively, with plenty of choice on the menu. The duck gyoza were a nice start, and the katsu curry – one of their signatures – was hearty and comforting. My friend had the Rodeo burger, which was big, smoky and satisfying. Service was friendly, prices fair, and it’s a good spot if you’re after something easy and varied near the Royal Festival Hall.”
