Went with them because my company only offered Evans vouchers for cycle to work. I only learned afterward that Evans vouchers are accepted at other cycle shops. They don't allow test rides, so the frame ended up being not quite the right size for me. They never offered to install aftermarket lights (which I didn't know were an option) and instead sold me clip-ons, which are massively inferior. They never, never answer the phone, even for a simple question of "can I pick up my bike?"

Poor hydraulic brakes leaking I took in in the evans at London Bridge on Sunday and was told it would be done within 2 hours and that was at 12 pm and I want back at 4pm and still was not done did not even touch the bike been back today and I was told that they will not do the jobs poor would never but a bike from evans cycles again

Got a flat tyre on my ride home, walked here, was fixed and on my way again within 10 mins. And was about £15 total. Lifesavers!

This is a shocking company, it is in business for one reason, there is no love for cycling here. But the guy who worked in store was relativity polite at least.

Went in to ask about electric bikes. Both people working at the shop knew nothing about the bikes. All bikes are untidy and packed tightly. Not worth the visit. It would be good if Evans trained their staff.

Me and my boyfriend recently visited evans and had an excellent experience.Esspecially the Indian guy was very friendly demeanor made my bike selection process enjoyable. They patiently answered all my questions, providing valuable insights and helping me find the perfect bike. The shop itself is well-organized, offering a wide range of quality products. I appreciate the outstanding customer service and highly recommend Evan cycles London bridge for any cycling enthusiast.

Just wanted to say a big. big thank you for the excellent customer service I received from Ian that works at EVANS London bridge. I got a little bit lost due to google maps sending me on a wild goose chase to the shop. I called the shop and Ian gave me clear instructions on how to get there. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and was asked how he could make my day better. My tire had a puncture. This was fixed in a matter of hours and I popped down later to pick it up. Ian was very helpful, funny and friendly and I hope EVANS London Bridge appreciate what a great asset they have. Thank you Ian.

I came in to ask about getting a new road bike. Waited for over half an hour. Eventually one sales assistant came to help. He didn?t know what a top tube was. Couldn?t give any advice on sizing - just gave me random bikes to try and was reading information off the Evans website. Honestly don?t waste your time here.

Service so terrible, I decided to go spend money elsewhere! Whoever was at the front desk needs training!!! Extremely racist and rude behavior by the guy at the reception. Was so put off and left right away to the shop upstairs! This lad has got a lot to learn from Dave from ?on your bike? !!

Huge thanks to James the mechanic did a great gold service on my daily pride n joy there were additional parts cost but these were required & justified. Appreciate the time to share feedback about the work done & parts. Please please store manager look after this mechanic (rare treasure) I'll be back for future work

Poor customer service and honestly they are not really welcoming, I asked them to change the inner tube but unfortunately they haven't time for that... yeah about the fact the shop was empty and dead
