Asked for help to fix an issue with a wheelchair. The staff could not have been more helpful, considerate and kind. Not only was the issue fixed but we left with a couple of extra bolts and a multi-tool, and would not take payment! Thank you ?

Awful experience. This store has really gone down the drain since 2019.
They NEVER answer the phone and when questioned the Eastern European man behind the desk, he said he is always busy. Had the same answer 3 separate times. I was clearly lying.
