“Spoke with Richard who kindly assist me in depositing my cash to my account. Since I forgot to bring my card he guided me to line up and get it sorted in the counter. Took me less than 15mins for the whole process. Did it on a Monday at 2pm. They are open only on weekdays until 3pm. Service was great despite the bad reviews online.”
“I went to the bank today to change my name, feeling pretty nervous because last time I tried at another Lloyds branch with 3.9 stars, they rejected it. But today, everything went smoothly. The staff were really helpful and friendly, which was a nice surprise, especially since the branch has only 2.4 stats. I took off one star, though, because there was some info the staff should’ve known better than I did.”

Lorna and Kane should get Nat West customer service awards, or be promoted, or receive a massive pay rise, or at least be totally praised, absolutely stunning service, super helpful, very friendly, totally professional and also the loveliest welcome ever. I have never walked out of London Bridge Branch happier than when I walked in, apart from last week. Thanks Kane and Lorna, you both go above and beyond and if there was an option for more than 5 stars, I would be leaving so many more....”
