They are breaching basic consumer rights.
Would never buy anything from SD again.
If you want to return your purchase, they won?t give you a refund. Instead, they?ll issue a voucher that can only be used at Sports Direct. I?m pretty sure this goes against consumer rights.

Actually I ordered crewneck tee and golf gloves by internet. I received it very well but tee is a bit big and colour is not my style.
So I want to return this tee, but I have to pay £4.5 for Royal Mail. It not my fault, I have to pay it, even though I have to pay £4.50 to return to shop by myself. I think other shop is free to return and refund.
I check, Sports Direct shop reviews is average 3.0
There is some reasons why this shop is low reviews!!!

I just want to personally thank the lady on the 6th floor, I was unable to get her name but she was so bubbly and had burgundy short hair! She helped me today with what shoes to get as I struggle with pain. She was just so delightful and took her time to see how comfortable each shoe was for me. Your care and cheerful attitude truly made my day!??

We visited the store on thursday, we went on the 3rd floor in the womens section, the staff on that floor were unhelpful and rude. There were 3 asian guys and 1 girl talking amongst themselves. Not assisting us in finding the right size. Have been to many stores but this was the worst expeience.

I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and motivating.The facilities are top-notch, with a wide range of equipment available for every type of workout. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and organization of the gym. The weightlifting area is well-stocked, and the cardio machines are in great condition.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. During my first visit, I received a thorough orientation from a trainer who took the time to answer all my questions and help me set up a personalized workout plan. I also love the variety of group classes offered, from yoga to high-intensity interval training.One of my favorite aspects is the sense of community among members. Everyone is supportive, making it easier to stay motivated and committed to my fitness goals.

Christine on floor 6 in the running shoes department is an absolute star. Never have I met a shop employee (or a person in any role for that matter) who is so friendly, welcoming, eager to help, supportive, patient, knowledgeable and energetic. She went above and beyond to the extreme in helping me find some suitable running shoes for over an hour, and at the same time gave the same level of attention to other customers. An absolute pleasure to meet somebody like that, and very refreshing. A real asset to the company.

Had a really unpleasant experience here earlier today. Rude staff with an unnecessary attitude. (if you're reading this please chew gum with your mouth shut and be quiet, having to deal with you is enough of an experience already)
Also please be aware sports direct DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS, contrarily to what I was told by a different member of staff a few days prior. Total scam

It was much cheaper around 15 years ago, now it's mostly the same price as other shops, just there are more options. But the worst part is that the changing rooms are very few and narrow, and they are like saunas in hot weather.
