Kudos to the customer service assistant on the top floor of the shop in Piccadilly Circus in the running department; she is excellent and carries plenty of patience.

They are breaching basic consumer rights. Would never buy anything from SD again.
If you want to return your purchase, they won’t give you a refund. Instead, they’ll issue a voucher that can only be used at Sports Direct. I’m pretty sure this goes against consumer rights.
