Actually does not deserve any star. I always go to clairs to get suff and piercing. But a while ago i need help for my ears to pull the lock of my earing, the staff there told me they are not authorised to do just that! Unbelievable! They can pierce us, but wont help if you stuck because of peircing!! Rubbish.
