I had a really disappointing experience at your store today with one of your staff members. The short lady with glasses (Time 23.00) was extremely rude and arrogant in the way she spoke to us. Instead of assisting politely, she raised her voice and dismissed my questions as if I was wasting her time.
I had a disappointing experience at the Tesco Express in Elmer’s End. While using the self-scan machines, I encountered an issue and waited for assistance — only to be completely ignored by staff.
