“I am a regular customer and have always had a high opinion of the service, staff and quality of goods. This was enhanced this morning when I had the misfortune to lose my wallet with numerous personal items and cash therein. I phoned the store to learn that it had been found and came as a great relief. I returned to the store to be greeted by the friendly staff and had my wallet returned. I was informed that it was found by an unknown gent to whom I would like to offer my heartfelt thanks and appreciation in the hope that he might see this.”

“From November 17 without Lidl this is the unique option in Beckenham high street. Not bad because they have a lovely staff, but in these times of prices up and down would be good to compare. I don't like that they now mark an important difference in prices for a large number of products if you buy with a nectar card or not. So they inducte you to apply.”

“Apart from spending £100.00,then finding out the coffee not free,although it says so,according to the customer services if you. Buy even a banana,and become a member,bring your own cup inspite their being empty dispensers for cups their etc etc ....I guess it could be worst...the smallest toilet,that I've encountered is free,or is it!!¡!!?Other than that ,their was quite a variety to choose from....big plus to the separation of organic vegetables to. Choose from.....you just have to hunt for the rest ...like vegan chocolates etc etc....No organic Bananas,so against customer services advice.i don't think I will bother with that....Update 26/09/2020To think ,that things couldn't get worse for customer service.i had my own escort (a security guard) following me around the store....not abiding by the current covid regulations.....IN MY FACE.....Still won't stop me shopping their04/10/23A bit more friendly,polite staffing”

“I visit this tesco express once or twice most days as its on my way back and from work. Everything a bit more expensive than the its superstores... But it's convenient to me and. The staff are mostly lovely but from one arrogant, rude,snappy manager, who isn't always there or else I would not go in”

“Good signage so was able to get what I needed without going all around the store. Goods displayed well. The only thing I was unable to find were men's socks size 12-14.”

“I've mostly used this shop for it's Hermes drop over and have found it to be very convenient. It's usually rather quick and no fuss. Also great choice of sweets when you "need" a treat for yourself.”
