Thank you for all your help. We would not be able to go on holiday on Monday without that prescription as that is all my wife can swallow. Mr J Hilton

I am abroad at the moment and have to call to arrange my repeat prescription. I was "in the queue" for one hour and one minute the first time, then for over 20mins the second time and i have repeatedly called, with nothing but dismissal, since then. "Public service" - I don't think so.
