Shockingly unprofessional customer service. The grumpy middle aged man with glasses doesn’t know how to speak to women and goes out of his way to be disgustingly rude. Collecting parcels process is not secure, as they leave out the bags full of parcels on the shop floor and expect you to rummage through countless parcels... read full comment

People working here are so rude, avoid. Men working there should learn to smile more - it’s customer service 101.
