“I telephoned this evening and spoke to two super guys - Kaz and Michael - to check if a product was in stock they couldn't have been more helpful, efficient and obliging!”

“I enjoyed this Marks and Spencer, the clothing side. I founds some great deals on the mens sweaters and shirts! It was nice and lighted, open fitting rooms and prices were decent if you catch a discount. Can't beat the location if you're staying in Marylebone and I was nearby at the Premier. I didn't buy anything at the food side of the store. It was a bit busy and nearly gave me a panic attack. If I lived here, this would be one of my go-to stores, indeed.”

“Southern fried chicken with creamy coleslaw wrap, a regular costa latte (if before 3pm otherwise a Diet Coke) & a leek, cheddar and onion swirl (or walkers sensations Thai sweet chilli if swirl unavailable)The perfect meal deal combination”

“Another place that we frequented to buy oven and microwaveable food. This was the only place nearby where we found Terry’s orange chocolate ball, though it was double, the price at Poundshop and Lndl.”

“This is a nice Sainsbury’s. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. This Sainsbury’s is quite small, having cereal, chocolate, snacks, some refrigerated food, and beer. I got some chocolate and Weetabix cereal from here, and I checked out from the self checkout area. There were between three and six self checkout counters and one counter with a cashier. I gave this Sainsbury’s five stars because even though it’s small, it has a nice selection of products and is in a good location.”

“This is a supermarket I went to almost every day during my 6-day stay in London. It's open until late so you can go anytime, and the vegetables, fruits, etc. are fresh and there are a lot of items. I bought food here, including yogurt and vegetables, and had it for breakfast.”

“I come to London on business 4-6 times a year and stay in the Marylebone area. While there are plenty of "express" grocery stores, it is difficult to find a good full-service grocery store. Waitrose & Partners is just the ticket. It's worth the walk, and make sure you stop by Amorino on the way back for some well deserved gelato.”

“Popped by on a Saturday night to pick up some fruit and juice, the store was very busy with tourists, staff handled the rush well, directing tourists through the self serve checkouts to help ease the check out process, the store was a little unkept but understandable considering the amount of people in the store.”

“The lady who served me was very friendly and efficient. The store is a bit dated and stock is on the low side however it’s great if you just need to pick up something in a hurry. If you want more selection there is a larger Tesco nearby.”

“Quite a good branch stocking some of the essentials, though ordering on line sometimes helps when they don’t have the items in store. The goods arrive in 2 days which is more than acceptable. Don’t know why they were out of stock with plain Oatcakes!Don’t forget their Loyalty card to collect points.”

“Dependent on the time you go - evenings can get busy but weekday afternoons are good. When it’s good, staff are friendly & attentive, organised sections, good reductions and an ideal number of check-outs.The Sainsbury’s a little further down the road near Bayswater tube station has more pasta range.”

“This is to say thank you to the gentlemen at the cashier, I wish I knew his name, who got me the Coca Cola and bottle of water at night when the store was closed. He was friendly and happy to help, I had very stressful day and he made my day. Thank you again ?”

“Waited a long time at the self service till which told me help was coming. No one came. Then waited a long time in a queue at the ONE yes ONE AND ONLY till that was working. I just left the goods that I wanted to buy and went to Waitrose where the service was fantastic.”

“This grocery store was highly convenient since my hotel was right across the street. Being able to buy cereal for breakfast or a quick heat lamp lunch or dinner helped me save some money. One of the reasons I deducted one star is because one of the female cashiers came off as being rude. She said, "If you want a bag, you should've said so" with so much spite. What in the world was going on in her life that she had to take it out on a customer? Meanwhile, on the other spectrum, her coworkers went out of their way trying to help me find shelf stable milk since my hotel didn't have a fridge. So pros: convenient, helps save some money, some of the employees go out of their way to be helpful. Cons: At least one female cashier needs to be spoken to by management about how she talks to customers.”

“4.5/5. Great options and selections. Me and bruv went for some drinks and we were not disappointed. Mango drink and bottled water were exquisite. Not as good as the ole Safeway back home, but still amazing. Self checkout too”
