Initially, it was ok, but after a while, I had numerous times with repeat medications not being ready and not there even to collect. I kept being told to chase up with GP or call 111. Is it not a pharmacy's job to help customers with prescription issues?

The last 2 times I have been here is been a horrible experience. No texts when prescription is in, I talk to the doctors who say it is, I go and the pharmacists blame the doctors, back and forth and not handled sensitively by the pharmacists. If you go here make sure you know exactly what you need and check what they’ve given you, as they don’t allow refunds and the guy behind the counter gave me what, in hindsight, is clearly the wrong medication which would not have cured an infectious condition.
