Islington branch. Went in to get help with my phone .The young manwho was supposed to be helping me was so interested in getting me to add on to my package. He was no help at all very rude and not helpful talking down to me

Absolute joke! This place gets worse and worse every year! Sundays are a limited time to get things done and they can't even open on time. When questioning the workers who were stuck outside themselves they inform us that the manager is on their way and to come back in 20 mins. Terrible attitude from all working there....

Right ok so went in there and they are so unhelpful…. Didn’t know about any of questions then said wait and he would find out and left me sitting there. When I looked round the guy had gone out of shop to get his lunch walked straight passed me and didn’t say anything ……
