“Mr Molloy was perhaps the most helpful employee i have ever encountered at any service. He helped me set up a bank account and was also very good at communicating and making me feel comfortable at the bank. Santander is definitely very lucky to have him and i am surprised that he isn't working for corporate considering the plethora of skills he has at his hand.”

I doubt that feeling can exist in on-line banking.Sometimes the branch is closed for lunch, which I presume is due to staff shortages, and that should be addressed because some people can only get out to the shops at lunchtime.”
