They struggle with understaffing sometimes, especially since all the other banks have closed in Southgate. I recommend going in a quiet time.”

“Been using the bank for over 17 years and had no issue. Only negative is that the wait times in recent times have increased. They have 3 cashiers, but a lot of the times only 1 is manned. Would be great if the opening hours were a bit longer as well as if you work Monday-Friday 9-5pm, it is very hard to access the bank.”
