Very abrupt and quite rude staff. Couldn't help with a relatively simple request. First time I've ever been asked for photo ID just to check on an order.

I came into store today upset and annoyed with my phone. Danni was absolutely amazing, so kind, patient and helped me so much with helping me with a situation I had. She is a credit to the yate store. Couldn't thank her enough for all the help she done for me today!! They need more people like Danni in store. Amazing service... read full comment

Do not go to this store. They will not provide you with the right contract. It's a franchise. Go somewhere else
