Ally at Cribbs Causeway was very helpful when we went in today with an issue with my dad's upgrade. Kept checking to make sure we were ok as we were on the phone with customer services. Always impressed with EE staff - very polite and helpful.

Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Can get busy at times . On the pricey side, but "you get what you pay for".
