“Only criticism of Tescos at Yate is that the parking covers a relatively large area but the only trolley pick-up/return place is by the door, so you have to return from your car, which may be a distance away. Experience tells you "Park nearer the doors" but this was my first visit and I didn't realise.”

“Excellent female member of staff. She noticed I had a parcel in my hand and immediately apologised that I couldn't drop it off because their bag was full. However, she said I could still use their printer to get the label and suggested I take the parcel to Tesco Express, advising that she knew their printer didn't work. I'd never used Evri in that store before, which she could tell, so she directed me to the machine and gave instructions. After printing my label, I was about to leave the store when she stopped me to advise she could now take the parcel from me as the Delivery Driver had just turned up.A lovely surprise to have such great customer service. Makes me want to shop there again.”
