“I went to the store because I didn't know my size. Save a lot of ordering and returns. The male side consists of 24 racks and no shoes. Feels like a token effort. What was out, it had all sizes. I'm not sure I will visit again because there was nothing else of interest.Staff were helpful and friendly, and I think I enjoyed my experience, which wasn't a term I would ever use. If you are it the area pop in. Know your size and to far away go online. Then, by next year, it will be a ladies' clothing shop. For the time being, it's a clothing shop.Men, if you want to keep yours, then go in, if you don't, you will only have online.”

“Had an issue with an in store return, after contacting customer services who were no help I asked to be put through to the store and spoke to a Manager (Guy) he told me to come down and he would sort it.
Went in and within 5 minutes he had returned the items on to a gift card - Thank you.”

“Ease to locate, excellent parking and good clear open hours. I visited on new years day and the store was well stocked, clean and tidy. Staff were helpful and available. I was looking for a coat but not the current fashion of a puffa style so unfortunately on this occasion I was unlucky and couldn't get what I wanted but didn't leave empty handed as there were other bits and piece I picked up! As T K Maxx's go I would recommend this store in Yate as a pleasant shopping experience.”
