I went into Clarks with my 4 young children to get my eldest his first pair of school shoes. I was helped by Liz. She was very helpful and friendly, we got my son his shoes and she even measured my 3 daughters feet so they felt like they were joining in to. How rude can you be on the phone u put phone done when I asked a question about bring shoes back that my daughter hadn't put on her feet can't cope with them do to having bad legs very bad customer service
