“My wife and I visited Boots in Tewkesbury for an eye test. I have a serious health issue, and a compromised immune system. We saw Sasha in store today. She was understanding of my needs, and completely empathetic throughout my entire appointment. Everything was sanitised to keep me safe including the glasses that I tried on. She wore a mask to protect me during the sight test, and during the selection and fitting of the glasses. The store was quite busy, but we were seated away from other people again to prioritise my safety.
The whole experience from start to finish was just what we would have hoped for and I would certainly recommend the branch of Boots to others.”
