“I am adding to this review following the very swift and prompt action from the Brewery following my visit on Saturday. They have been very apologetic and offered a voucher for a future visit that we will certainly make the most of. Customer service done exceptionally well.

Sadly what should have been a wonderful evening was a real let down as we arrived for out booked table on Sat evening only to be told they had no pizzas left, two of the mains had run out, there were no desserts and three of the other options had very limited availability. The food we were able to order was good and the beers were tasty however the lack of choice was particularly dissapointing and had the priority was clearly being given to large tables who had pre-ordered. We were a table of six and at no point in the booking process was I encouraged to pre -order.”
