“I had been having a rubbish day so popped in for some sweet treats. A member of staff noticed I was upset and asked me if I was okay. I broke down. The lady was very comforting and understanding! I apologised but she reassured me that it was okay and everyone has off days. I left with my goodies and felt lighter as someone actually listened to me.
