“There was some confusion with Amazon saying to collect the item and Royal Mail website saying it was out for delivery so I went to ask, not realising the office was closed.I explained my confusion to a man and asked if I should go back to collect later that week or wait for delivery.On seeing delivery was only attempted the previous day he asked his friend to find the parcel for me, and he did!They didn't know the parcel is a subscription of washing tablets that my business needs, or that my mortgage just went up by £400 a month so I couldn't "just pop out to get more".I know it's a small thing but their help meant a lot to me.Thank you kind post men ?”
