Kiosk ordering for food - like at a fast food shop. Then you sit and wait ages for that order to be made up. Assuming you could find what you wanted on the screen. Back to John Lewis next time

The food was amazing. It was a very busy place, but the service was fast. With high standards, impressive and fresh presentation, everything was so delicious. The matcha latte was lovely too. Despite the crowd, the place was very clean, and the staff worked really hard.
Due to technical issues, there were inconveniences with payments and ordering in the store today. We were the last in the cafe before they had to close early. The staff were excellent, friendly and professional. Even offered us a free cake before we left. Will definitely call back when next at Cribbs. Well done on dealing... read full comment
