Staffs are not motivated.. very slow, and doing mistakes (every single time) when you order multiple items. Although there are 4-5 staffs, it takes minimum 20 minutes for a coffee to be served. Management needs to interfere, and fix this. It seriously makes me consider going to other Costa just because of this reason.
