Costa management - please protect your staff! The staff here are great - good at their job and I had a lovely breakfast. I stepped into Costa for the first time today to redeem my birthday coupon. I had a chocolate nutcracker cake and it was delicious. The staff who served me was extremely sweet and respectful. He even wished me happy birthday, though it was a few days ago. It was a very brief but lovely interaction. Looking forward to try... read full comment
