“James at Bristol Cribbs Causeway was very helpful and professional. His knowledge about the product was impressive and he did his best in order to work out the best possible bank holiday deal for missing our requirements.”

“Our sales consultant, Jamie, was exceptional. From the moment we entered the store to the moment we signed on the dotted line, Jamie made us feel comfortable and welcome. He even offered us hot drinks and cookies, which the kids really enjoyed. We had plenty of time to walk around and look at the many options of sofas, tables, and chairs, and Jamie was always available to answer our questions. Taking home the care kits and having aftercare for the products gave us peace of mind. Overall, our experience at the store was excellent, thanks to Jamie's attentive and professional service.”

“Exceptional value at £40 for a one night stay and we could have had a whole family in the room. The night we stayed was very hot but a fan was provided. Needed extra teas/milk which we were able to help ourselves to.”

“The location is great, just off the motorway, however, unless you have a car, it’s not very easy to get to a supermarket or take aways. There is for convenience, a subway and costa literally outside the hotel if you want food or coffee. There was ample parking, immediately facing the hotel, there were also disabled parking spots. To the side of the building there’s additional few spaces and an overflow over the road from the hotel. The reception was attentive and really helpful, I asked for more milk pots and booked breakfast upon check-in.The room was clean, slightly smaller than other Travelodge hotels I’ve stayed at but more than enough or single occupancy. The shower was fully working and no issues in bathroom facilities. Comfortable bed and heater for the colder nights. The hotel is surrounding by busy roads so if you do open the window there is a lot of traffic noise. There was also some noise from the other guests, again, only minimal with children. Also on EE, the signal is very bad! The WiFi in the hotel is chargeable and was fine, ok speed, but just be weary that connectivity wasn’t very good. The breakfast was OK. I wouldn’t say outstanding. There was no orange juice left. There was a tea/coffee machine, apple juice and a section with cereals, pancake and fruits. The basic breakfast offering was scrambled eggs, meat sausages etc, but was glad to see they had veg sausages too which I could consume. It’s a great hotel for those visiting Bristol or surrounding area for business.”
