Nice store, staff were friendly compared to sofology next door. I found them to be rude. I will be back to purchase from DFS.

Having purchased what we thought was a lovely sofa, paid for all protection and extras, the sofa has lost colour, the arms are no longer puffy and it looks shameful. The sofa was less than 3 years old, our other sofa we had from them was much better quality and lasted 13 years!! When contacted DFS they didn't want to know.... read full comment
