Beautifully made blind and excellent service from Looby and her colleague. They were both so helpful and able to advise us on choosing the right material and pattern to suit our kitchen. Thank you both!

Good quality blinds but appalling service. It is a shame to have to rate 1star as apart from the service, everything else was great. We ordered 5 Roman blinds at the beginning of May 22 and were advised that there would be a wait of 6 weeks as she was very busy, which we agreed to reluctantly. However, the blinds were only completed and ready for collection 11 weeks to the day after we ordered them. Just before we collected the last 2, and paid the balance, we asked if we could have the remaining 2 fitted free as compensation for the wait. This went totally disregarded and our grievance was not even acknowledged. Would not recommend this company at all given the very bad attitude of its owner.

Looby understood exactly the overall look we wanted to achieve. Modern take on arts and crafts. As it was a new build she managed to have curtains and blinds ready in a very speedy time. Her wonderful husband, Pete, came and fitted poles, hung and fitted them for us. The workmanship and quality are excellent. Cannot recommend them enough. A pleasure dealing with such an experienced team. My house feels like a home.
