Good quality blinds but appalling service. It is a shame to have to rate 1star as apart from the service, everything else was great. We ordered 5 Roman blinds at the beginning of May 22 and were advised that there would be a wait of 6 weeks as she was very busy, which we agreed to reluctantly.
