We are travelling to see disabled sister living near Lydney. We have to take her into Lloyds to deal with her account. We cannot make an appointment to see anyone or even ask call centre to speak to anyone there to book. We are only there for 1 day. It will not take long to see someone but it impossible to get further than... read full comment
